NOTE: No participant will be allowed to start July 15th  or be on the fields without all paperwork completed and handed in at registration and or paperwork drop off.  Dates TBD and we will send an email after registration

Please note no participant will be allowed to start without all paperwork completed.  After registration you will be sent an email for additional items.

• NEW FOR 2026 SEASON – Birth Certificate Verification Requirement 

  Beginning with the 2026 season, Pop Warner now requires a mandatory Birth Certificate verification process for all participants.

  What this means for you:

  You will be required to attend one of our scheduled paperwork hand-in dates prior to the start of the season. At that time, you must bring:

  1.  A copy of your participant’s original raised seal Birth Certificate

  2. The original raised seal Birth Certificate

  A dedicated board member will manage and track this process to ensure everything is handled securely and accurately.

  Important Details:

  • We will retain the original Birth Certificate temporarily until official book checks in mid-August
  • At book check, Pop Warner will review the original document and officially stamp the copy as authenticated
  • Once this verification is completed, you will not need to repeat this process again during your time in the program

  After book checks are completed, we will announce designated pick-up dates at practice for parents to retrieve their original documents.

  We understand this is a new requirement, and we appreciate your cooperation as we implement this process to stay compliant with Pop Warner regulations.
